Janet Jarrette is a nationally certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a diverse medical background and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Her clinical journey spans high-stakes settings, including her service on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City, where she cared for high-risk antepartum and postpartum patients.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Highlands College and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed in Georgia as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
At Innovations Wellness & MedSpa, Janet leads with a focus on holistic rejuvenation, offering personalized treatment plans including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

Jacqueline Trinkle is a Georgia native, born and raised in Cherokee County. With a strong background in healthcare and business, Jacqueline brings both compassion and organization to her role as Practice Manager at Innovations Wellness & MedSpa.
Her career began as a CNA and Unit Secretary at Cartersville Medical Center, where she gained hands-on experience in patient care and medical administration. She is CNA certified and will graduate from Chattahoochee Technical College in December 2025 with a degree in Business Management.
A former high school golfer, Jacqueline values discipline, precision, and follow-through — qualities she brings to managing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
