Meet Janet Jarrette, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Janet Jarrette is a nationally certified Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a diverse medical background and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Her clinical journey spans high-stakes settings, including her service on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City. While stationed in the Bronx, she cared for high-risk antepartum and postpartum patients, many of whom were COVID-19 positive. This intense experience, coupled with her collaboration with infectious disease specialists, has shaped Janet into a well-rounded, highly skilled provider with extensive expertise in women’s health, infectious disease, and modern clinical protocols.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Highlands College and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed in Georgia as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.

At Innovations Wellness & MedSpa, Janet brings her advanced clinical expertise and compassionate approach to the aesthetic and wellness space. She leads with a focus on holistic rejuvenation, offering personalized treatment plans that may include neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®), dermal fillers, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for women, and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for men. Her goal is to help clients restore balance—inside and out—so they can feel energized, youthful, and confident at every stage of life.

Janet is especially passionate about helping patients understand their care options. “I believe strongly in the importance of patient education,” she says. “Outstanding medical practice includes high levels of communication and collaboration. Excellent patient care—and the best possible outcomes—is always a team effort.”

Meet Jacqueline Trinkle, Practice Manager

Jacqueline Trinkle is a Georgia native, born and raised in Cherokee County. With a strong background in healthcare and business, Jacqueline brings both compassion and organization to her role as Practice Manager at Innovations Wellness & MedSpa.

Her career began as a CNA and Unit Secretary at Cartersville Medical Center, where she gained hands-on experience in patient care and medical administration. She is CNA certified and will graduate from Chattahoochee Technical College in December 2025 with a degree in Business Management.

A former high school golfer, Jacqueline values discipline and focus—skills she now applies to managing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. She is passionate about supporting the Innovations team and helping clients feel confident and cared for.

Jacqueline is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family. Outside of work, she breeds French Bulldogs and Bullies, with a focus on temperament and healthy, happy companions.
